General questions and answers before purchasing a puppy
Can I come to visit the puppy before purchasing?
▪️To ensure the safety of both our puppies and ourselves, we do not allow home visitations at this time.
▪️However, we do offer video calls so you can meet and see the puppy you’re interested in, via a Factime call, Zoom call, or WhatsApp video call.
▪️Please contact us if you would like to schedule a video call.
Can you “hold” a puppy for me?
▪️Yes — but, it takes a deposit to "hold/reserve" a puppy. A deposit to "reserve" and/or "hold" a chihuahua puppy range between at $500 - $535. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
▪️We can hold/reserve a puppy for one week to allow you time to schedule a day to either, pickup your puppy, or work with us to schedule a date for “puppy delivery.” *We offer both “Ground/Car Delivery” to East Coast States, and we offer “Flight Nanny Delivery” to all U.S. States nationwide.
▪️If you would need us to “hold” your puppy for longer than one week (maximum 15 days) please inquire for more details. We require a deposit of 25% of the puppy’s total purchase price, to “hold” a puppy for up to 15 days.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
▪️Apple Cash / Apple Pay (no fees)

▪️Stripe (our credit card processor: Fees: 2.9% + $0.30)
▪️Cash (no fees + paid in-person upon pickup of your puppy only after a “puppy deposit” has already been submitted, prior to puppy pickup)
How much is Ground/Car Delivery?
▪️Ground/Car Puppy Delivery is only available to East Coast States. Pricing in based on mileage distance and tolls, from the pickup zip code, to the delivery address. Please inquire for more details.
How much is Flight Nanny Delivery?
▪️Flight Nanny Delivery is available to U.S. States Nationwide. You can read more about pricing here.
I’ve never bought a puppy online before and I’m nervous about the process. How can I feel more comfortable about purchasing a puppy from Petite Pups?
▪️We understand how nerve-wracking it can be to purchase a puppy online for the very first time. We are aware there are a growing number of fraudulent breeders that take advantage of innocent people that are searching for a puppy. This is why we always try to go above and beyond for each of our customers, to assure you that we are credible, reliable, and only here to find the best families for our fur-babies!
▪️We offer video calls via FaceTime, Zoom calls, or WhatsApp video calls, so you can see we have the puppy that you’re interested in—and it’s happy and healthy!

▪️Approximately 80-90% of our past puppies that we have advertised on our Instagram page, you can see them happily grown up and in their new homes with their new families, as we repost updates of all our past puppies in their new homes, on our Instagram Stories. Feel free to browse through all our social media pages and reviews, both on our website and on GoodDog.com to view all of our puppies, who have been placed with families located all over the country (and even one celebrity super-star puppy living in Poland with his super-star mom Doda).
