Refund and Return Policy
Please note that all sales are non-refundable.
The Seller/Breeder will not replace or refund the (a) Deposit or (b) Total Purchase Price of a Puppy due to ‘Buyer’s Remorse’ and/or due to any personal reasons, including but not limited to, allergies, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, family disagreement, a change of heart, etc.
The Seller/Breeder will not replace or refund a Puppy due to heat stroke, neglect, or improper socialization caused while in the Buyer’s care.
The Seller/Breeder will not replace/refund a puppy “as predefined” in the “Puppy Contract / Puppy Application Form” [provided to the Buyer, prior to selecting a Puppy and/or submitting a deposit for a Puppy].
Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, and Travel/Delivery Fees
The Buyer will pay a deposit, which will be deducted from the Puppy's total "Purchase Price" agreed upon.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Any applicable travel fees, if Puppy-Travel is needed (ex: "Flight-Nanny Delivery" fees and/or Puppy-Delivery fees) are not included with the Puppy's Purchase Price; any applicable delivery/travel fees are additional, and will be predetermined, discussed, and confirmed between both Parties when arranging pickup/delivery of the Puppy.
Any applicable delivery/travel fee is due prior to booking travel arrangements.
Remaining Balance Due Dates:
Pickup: The Puppy’s remaining balance will become due on the date of pickup and before ownership is transferred from Breeder to Buyer.
Delivery: The Puppy’s remaining balance will become due 48 hours prior to the puppy being shipped and/or before ownership is transferred from Breeder to Buyer.
The Seller/Breeder shall be free to sell the Puppy to another party if:
(a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the Puppy for any reason, or
(b) Buyer fails to pay the remaining balance of the Purchase Price upon the agreed pickup/delivery date, after a deposit is submitted.
In the event that the Puppy is unavailable for sale, due to unforeseen sickness or death while in the Seller/Breeder's care, the Buyer’s deposit will, at the Buyer’s option, either be:
refunded, or
transferred to the next litter of puppies.
The Seller/Breeder guarantees that once the (1) deposit, (2) remaining balance of the Puppy's Total Purchase Price and (3) any applicable "Puppy Delivery" fee(s) have been paid by the Buyer, the Puppy is "officially sold" to the Buyer, free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other encumbrance.
All sales are non-refundable.
Return-To-Breeder Clause: To ensure that Buyer does not (a) euthanize the Puppy, (b) take it to an animal shelter, (c) "give the Puppy away" to a friend or family member, or (d) "resell" the Puppy, the Seller/Breeder will take the Puppy back at any time during the Puppy's lifetime. However, in this event, the Seller/Breeder will not issue a refund nor provide another Puppy to the Buyer as a replacement. "We require the Buyer to immediately inform us as soon as possible, if the Buyer cannot keep a puppy, for whatever reason. We offer to personally rehome the Puppy, as we want to know where each of our Puppies/Dogs are throughout their lifetimes, and that they are not placed in shelters, or resold, under any circumstances."
